Direct the design and planning of the Cooperative distribution system and provide guidance and technical judgment in engineering the plans, programs, and procedures necessary for orderly expansion and improvement of the Cooperative distribution system; provide supervision and guidance for the distribution planning and field engineering sections of System Engineering; provide strategic planning and support of field engineering efforts throughout the Cooperative; and to provide the supervision and guidance for Construction Work Plans, Long Range System Studies, construction contracts, distribution project field design, and engineering support; and to work and communicate in a team oriented environment in accordance with the Cooperative’s mission, vision, and values.
