Summary: This position has the primary responsibilities of providing first-level technical support for user, hardware, software, or systems issues and to assist in supporting A&N Electric Cooperative’s (Cooperative) infrastructure of Information Technology and Operational Technology systems, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal operation.   Objectives: Promote and adhere to Cooperative safety and operating rules, procedures, and guidelines.
