Area Coordinator Substation
Pay Grade: M10 POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating daily activity and the direct supervision of Substation work-group employees, including daily/weekly/monthly human resource scheduling and operations permitting. Responsible for the development and implementation of construction and maintenance schedules for Hoosier Energy’s Transmission/Distribution substation facilities and related equipment. Coordinates the development and input of data into maintenance program databases. Assists in the planning of Transmission/Distribution substation construction activities and coordinates with other departments and contractors.
