Performs personally the following: Creates, routes, schedules and assigns service orders to appropriate personnel. Processes and scans service orders. Maintains job log system. Tracks job from initiation to completion and updates throughout the process. Keeps locate tickets updated for jobs in will call system. Enters and maintains new locations and security light locations in UPN. Receives consumer calls on outages or other hazardous conditions and dispatches appropriate manpower and/or equipment.
