Position Opening for Member Service Representative – Call Center –located at Owen Electric Cooperative, Owenton, KY. Member Service Representatives provide prompt, efficient, courteous, and reliable service that promotes goodwill between the Cooperative, the Membership, the general public, and Cooperative personnel.  Member Service Representatives largely engage with the Cooperative’s Membership in order to process payments, create payment arrangements, address concerns, and handle various questions about electric service. This position must provide members with information on rates, service rules and regulations, and policies in order to increases member understanding, gain acceptance of the Cooperative’s programs, and promote a good imag
