POSITION SUMMARY Keeps a complete and systematic set of records and ledger accounts to record financial transactions and show the financial status of the company. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and maintains accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and prepares monthly financial statements. Reconciles assets to the staking sheet, reports estimate to actual cost differences on work orders to maintain accurate records. Responsible for maintaining accurate material inventory, asset management and fleet records. Maintains assigned journals and reconciles bank accounts monthly.
