Position Summary The Field Technician Apprentice installs fiber connections and equipment in customers' homes, provides training, and repairs fiber lines during outages. This role assists in maintaining outside plant and network access equipment, ensuring proper stocking of materials on vehicles, and accurate construction records.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance Install fiber connections from the network access point to the customer's premises. Install equipment in customers' homes and provide training on its use. Locate and repair fiber lines during outages.
