Director Administrative Services
Position Summary Under the supervision of the CEO, develops and evaluates strategies, programs, and procedures related to management, organization and human resources. Supervises departments of HR, Water, and other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO. Collaborates with Billing/Customer Service/IT. Qualifications A college degree in business administration or a related business field with at least ten years of proven experience in business administration/management preferred. Must be able to write legibly, read, comprehend material, and communicate effectively. Must be personable and customer oriented. Must have good reasoning ability, good mathematical skills, and good persuasive skills.
