As the Member Services Supervisor, you will:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Member Services Department
Supervise, coach, and support Member Service Representatives to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Oversee the billing, payment, and collections functions, ensuring a high level of accuracy
Serve as the primary point of escalation for member inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing solutions with professionalism and care
Identify workflow improvements and support initiatives that enhance the member experience
Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assist with reporting, documentation, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1+ years of related experience, or associate degree Business or related field with 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Previous supervisory or leadership experience, ideally in customer service, utilities, or a related field is preferred
Strong communication, organization, and conflict?resolution skills
