Job DescriptionPosition Summary:The Sr Director, Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting manages and directs the Personal Investment and Retirement Consulting (PIRC) team in their day-to-day responsibilities of providing financial education to NRECA retirement plan participants. This position ensures team employee benefits knowledge relative to NRECA's Retirement Security (RS) Plan and the 401(k) Pension Plan and provides the framework for the team to provide investment and retirement education through calls, financial seminars, and one-on-one sessions.
