Twin Valleys serves over 6,600 meters via over 2,450 miles of transmission and distribution lines within nearly a 2,000 square mile region in southwest Nebraska with 23 full time employees.  Alma is located on the banks of Harlan County Dam and offers excellent hunting, fishing, boating and other outdoor opportunities.
