Job Summary: The Business Systems Manager provides leadership, planning, and oversight for enterprise application systems supporting the cooperative’s business operations. This role is responsible for people leadership, application performance, vendor coordination, system reliability, and alignment of technology solutions with organizational goals. The position ensures continuity of operations, develops staff capabilities, and partners with business stakeholders to deliver stable, secure, and efficient systems.
Job Requirements:

Four-year degree in a related field from an accredited college required.
Must have a minimum of four (4) years’ of related experience, including management and supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and stakeholders.
