Sunflower, a generation and transmission utility serving central and western Kansas, is looking for a Corporate Paralegal or a Senior Corporate Paralegal in Hays, KS to support our legal department by coordinating legal reviews, managing contracts and records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will conduct legal research, draft and review documents, and assist with legal filings and correspondence while overseeing the company’s records management program. Play a vital role being the liaison between attorneys, internal staff, and external parties to facilitate efficient legal operations!

Qualifications
- Corporate Paralegal: Associates degree and three years’ legal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Senior Corporate Paralegal: Associates degree and six years’ legal experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Able to keep sensitive information confidential and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong competency in proofreading, editing, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and math.
