Federated Rural Electric is seeking a motivated Apprentice Lineman to join our operations department in Jackson, MN. This position is represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 160. Key Responsibilities Assist with the construction, installation, and maintenance of electrical distribution lines Support outage restoration and emergency response activities as needed Operate and maintain trucks, tools, and line equipment safely and efficiently Participating in safety meetings, training, and certifications Climb poles, operate bucket trucks, digger trucks and perform work at heights in all weather conditions Complete all apprenticeship-related coursework
