Are you an accounting or finance student looking to gain practical experience? Join us at AECI for an enriching internship opportunity at our Headquarters location in Springfield, MO. This year-round internship begins Summer 2026 and continues into 2027, offering a chance to work on our Accounts Payable team, with potential course credit available. Qualified applicants must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. You must also be enrolled in school at the time of the internship.
As an intern in the Accounts Payable department, tasks may include:

Organizing and processing incoming invoices, statements and payment requests.

Handle vendor change, tax and W8/W9 forms and requests

Support audit paperwork preparation

Monthly journal entry preparation

Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
