As the Manager of Power Generation at Kodiak Electric Association, Inc., you will lead and oversee the Power Generation Department to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable power generation for the Cooperative. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will be responsible for the overall performance of power generation facilities and equipment, supervising a team of technicians and operators, managing budgets, overseeing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Your role also involves developing departmental plans, participating in strategic meetings, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, along with ten years of power generation experience. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential to excel in this role.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
