SUMMARY This position provides overall expertise and knowledge to ensure Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative (CHEC) meets its short-term and long-term electric service needs. Oversees engineering services for design, construction, and operation of the Cooperative's electrical system. Ensures electric service is provided to CHEC’s members in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner and in accordance with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) specifications. Develops and implements engineering and operations policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives. ABOUT CAPE HATTERAS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE Cape Hatter
